    August 2, 2005

Performed at The Round Table, off Charing Cross Road. My second 'real' gig - went well. Next performance (at the tough Wibbly Wobbly Boat) on August 22. What Satellite and Digital TV Sci-Fi special out at the end of the month. Returned to The Wibbley Wobbley (August 22)- it was far better received.

    July 2005

After only one stand-up comedy gig I rather foolishly auditioned to support Jimmy Carr. Is anyone surprised that I made a complete idiot of myself (and am not going to be supporting Jimmy Carr any time soon)? Did not mention that I have interviewed him (it was a phone interview and I doubt he remembers anyway). Later that month - performance at the Wibbly Wobbly Boat. Tough crowd. Enjoyed it immensely.
